Suppose this would have to into SciTE config of Tools menu.  At 
least entered in the address field of Opera this would not work.

In Opera one can set the source viewer as well, also in IE, though 
through registry hack only.

However, you still would have to tell SciTE somehow to map the 
local file in the editor through your server (Apache) for getting the 
generated source back.

Sorry if this was already solved in the thread, I don't have it 
available here anymore as it was not my problem, just had thrown 
in the above quote about Apache, HTML, browser, generated 
source.
