I use ArchLinux 0.7.1. I use Xorg 7.0. I installed SciTE 1.68 from distribution binary. (I know, I know...)
However, SciTE is receiving my double-quotation marks as umlauts. No other editors do the same at the moment in my PC. Not Gedit, not vi, not Opera's text boxes (Qt)...
