I use ArchLinux 0.7.1. I use Xorg 7.0.
I installed SciTE 1.68 from distribution binary. (I know, I know...)
However, SciTE is receiving my double-quotation marks as umlauts.
No other editors do the same at the moment in my PC. Not Gedit,
not vi, not Opera's text boxes (Qt)...
Any ideas about what might be wrong?
Support for particular locale keyboards sometimes requires
debugging by people using that locale.
