Hello fellow editoree (?)!

What language are you using? Unlike every other SciTE expert, I'm
sure, I do NOT use every single language from Ada to Z: no, I just use
SciTE to edit Python, glance at HTML and CSS, study text files and
textish stuff.

You usually have to get rid of emboldening in the particular
language properties file as well (Main Menu|Options|Open
Python.properties, for instance).

What special unboldened font are you needing to use so badly? I
personally find the "Bitstream Vera Sans Mono" set extremely
satisfactory. Freely available from Gnome.org, I recall.

    http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/ttf-bitstream-vera/1.10/

With kind regards,

Sandy
