I have written a "Quick Reference Card" for SciTE (in LateX). Everything is packed in a zip file, includind the ref-card, in pdf and ps format, and the sources, which can be modified and compiled.
It uses unix-style terminology (M or Meta doesn't mean much to most Windows users) which makes it useful as a supplement to a subset of users. I wouldn't want to include this in the default download as it would be confusing to many but it could be downloadable from either the documentation or extras page if someone can produce a good way of explaining the target set of users.
