    Many thanks, Frederick.  My 1.68 (SciTE) on Win NT4 (SP3!) doesn't
make a respond to "F1", Help.  I notice your reference card says "C3"
(ctrl-3?) for bringing up the reference card, with a note that this is
"user defined".  

    How does one set up the association in SciTE?
