No, I don't really need it, but thanks for reminding, I might recommend it.
Let's test it...
It doesn't use SciTE_HOME to find the path of SciTE, it should.
The WIN.param.name look is a good idea, but you don't manage ifs other
than WIN and GTK.
It looks nice, too bad I can't resize it.
There are good ideas, it allows to edit some base settings.
