Mitchell,

Tried your new svn code and got the following:

File Browser - C:/
Documents and Settings/
Emacs/
Extra Tools/
fbedit/
FlexPDE4/
Grtii/
InstantON/
lout-3.31/
lout-3.31-docs/
MiCTeX/
     Asymptote/
          无效的命令行开关 - "MiCTeX"。/
          无效的命令行开关 - "MiCTeX"。
     dviout/
     LaTeX IDE/
     MiKTeX 2.6/
     Misc Tools/
     Viewers/
     Readme.txt
MinGW/
...

In the above, <无效的命令行开关 - "MiCTeX"。/> means <invalid command line switch
"MiCTeX". > I guess it was the quote around MiCTeX that is causing problems.

I have updated SVN with a fix to read STDERR in windows incase something
goes wrong. I noticed that when I tried to open my C:\System Volume
Information\, I was getting a File Not Found error (even though it
tab-completes in cmd.exe...go figure) When STDERR is written to, STDOUT
is empty, and thus no directory contents are inserted if opening a
directory -- causing the next line to indent. Try that and maybe any
error messages will help you in figuring out what went wrong.
