caf+d still doesn't work. Here is scite_output.txt:

The pattern matching for extracting file details is not perfect. I have 
only used it on one machine (mine), so maybe different machine names or 
usernames are throwing off the pattern matching. I have committed a more 
  general pattern for matching to SVN. If it still doesn't work as 
expected, send me the contents of scite_output.txt just after caf+d'ing 
the file you want to stat.
