Hi,
I send to Dave a new proposed version for pcsc-lite 1.0.2 (beta 4).
The files (patch and complete archive) are available on the web site [1].
The main advantage of this version is that it should work under Solaris 8
thanks to the debug from Douglas Atique. Also files needed for HP/UX are
now included in the archive.
This version still does not compile under MacOSX. Help and patchs are
needed from MacOSX developpers.
Any comments are welcome.

. remove pid file if USE_RUN_PID is defined
- src/winscard_msg.c
. move #ifdef PCSC_TARGET_SOLARIS _after_ the inclusion of config.h since
PCSC_TARGET_SOLARIS is defined in config.h
