or make life easier and call cable one and tell them you want the big doller package, and reboot your modem. pay for it a couple days, call and cancel but dont reboot your cable modem. ( dont do this really, give your money to the same people that are taking your ports away one by one)
i am not saying this in an illegal way or milicous matter, but this clearly explains how your cable modem works. and besides, cableone CAN, i dunno if they do but they should, send out regular manual modem reboots.
