[sclug-generallist] Linux workstation

All, I was wondering if i could get some feedback. I am looking to use Linux as a workstation at a business. what distro would you reccomend? i would like to use fedora, but i have heard bad things.... the system will need to connect to an AS/400 server, lotus notes email... thanks for any suggestions....
