Anyone having problems with their Apache servers anywhere? Specifically any sites using PHP and MySQL. The CPU spikes to almost 100% then locks. The only recourse is to shut the system completely down and restart. It works fine for two hours and then repeats the issue.

The person could not tell me for sure which version of Apache they are running, but the Linux distro is RedHat 7.X with kernel upgrades. I know this makes it extremely vague, but I figured if anyone had seen symptoms like this, they may have an idea where to look.

The next thing being tried is to shutdown all websites on the server and testing the server. If it works fine, it is going to be assumed that one of the sites has problems with the PHP code or Apache is the issue. Then bring each site online one-by-one until the issue reoccurs.

Looks like it is time to get our new site moved over to my Honeypot server that no one can seem to break…. : )

Thanks for any help you can give.
