[sclug-generallist] I lost my boot loader.

I had windows xp and red hat installed and i was using the grub boot loader, 
but xp was really making me mad so I went back to 2000. When I reinstalled 
2000 grub disappeared and I didnt make a RH boot disk, so I cant figure out 
how to boot to linux. Can anyone help me out?
