Re-reading this, I need to clarify that we have some buildings with 10
MB hubs and some with 10/100 hubs and some with both. They are all being
replaced with 10/100 switches. The switches may even have GB cap.

I am certain that once those buildings are done, we will use the best
equip out of what was replaced in some of the other buildings. 

We will also likely be replacing much of the equipment in all three high
schools.

Basically, the wiring is all there. We have 12-14 E-rate schools that we
will be replacing all of the 10, 10/100 hubs with new switches. 12-14
buildings means many man hours that we do not have to give. That is why
we are looking for a local company to help us out. All it is is taking
the old hubs out and patching the new switches in, neatly.
