Hi,
...Yes I have both MDK 10 installed Community and
Official from your ftp site...and couldn't get the
iteraid.o module to work :(.
I have also found a new kernel at:
http://www.netikka.net/tmb/Cooker/
...i tried the latest 2.6 version on MDK10
Official:
http://www.netikka.net/tmb/Cooker/kernel-tmb-2.6.5-1.tmb.5mdk-1-1mdk.i586.rpm
....and the iteraid.o module loads...but i can't
access the drive on the controller..and the harddisk
makes funny noises every 2 seconds (like a reset-click
when you boot)...i believe the hardware fails to
initialize...
"dmesg" says that the SCSI iteraid was loaded...but
it doesn't say anaything about /dev/sda being
accessible...or anything else....i'll wait for new
kernel updates :(
Besides this, everything runs smoothly on MDK 10
Official, comparing to SUSE 9.0 and Fedora Core 1,
MDK10 Official with kernel 2.6.3-7 is the best.
I plan to install Oracle 10 on it because i need a
database serever for my project (I graduate this year
;))...and i wanted to offer Oracle smth. special :D

Cozmin,
Just an idea... do you have the official Mandrake 10.0
ISO images? I had a lot of problems with earlier
Mandrake Club releases of 10.0Mandrake. I assume some
of these problems where fixed prior to thefinal
release. I put a copy of the official 10.0 release on
our FTPsite on April 15th.
Has anyone done a fresh install of the Official
Mandrake 10.0release? I would like to hear how it
went and what you are doingwith it. The Linux
installfest is coming up soon (nextmonth).
