Darnit, I might have been a little hasty in responding. I've just now run hg pbchk against my own workspace, which reported the same message. I've tried both PSARC/2008/431 ITU construction tools and PSARC 2008/431 ITU construction tools I'm guessing that this is an artefact of the arc.py discussion that was had last week. James C.
