1. The arc.py script that our tools use had a pointer to an old path for the CSV file where the ARC data is kept. I corrected that around 2 this afternoon. 2. A bug in a different script had caused a zillion fast-tracks to be dropped from the CSV file. John Plocher fixed that bug and pushed out a corrected version of the CSV file around 3 this afternoon.
