This is quite weird.
The RTIs for 6227559 exist in the ON consolidation, not admin-install, and not
sc-geo.
RTI #325719 does not exist in ON or admin-install.
RTI #325711 does exist in sc-geo, and is in Accepted.
The synopsis for the CR we're checking is meely one line:
CR number for WebRTI debugging purposes only
I suspect we need to see the tests target a different CR.
