The current wording of the wx(1) man page assumes a TeamWare/SCCS
world. This should be changed to make clear that wx is only valid for
TeamWare workspaces. The man page should refer users to the
appropriate documentation for Mercurial workspaces (e.g., hg(1) and
"hg help cdm").
