A couple issues with the new webrev(1) man page:
1. There's no mention of the new warning about permissions. We should
say something; otherwise, we'll have to answer questions like
"hey, what's this funny red text mean in my webrev output?".
2. In the SCM Interactions section, under TeamWare, there's a
reference to "CODEMGR_WS/wx/active.list". This should be
"$CODEMGR_WS/wx/active".
