The ws.1 man page implies that it only works with TeamWare. We should
add some text to note that we've also made it work with Mercurial.
While we're there, there are several cleanup items that we can do:
- change "Avocet" references to "TeamWare".
- remove discussion of NSE from "Issues" section
- remove 2nd item under "Bugs"--the Solaris automounter hasn't used
