Right. Dan requested this be rather less shocking (orange, say), and I'm making a change that makes it pretty much orange. At present, we don't document webrev's output at all. Perhaps that's in error, but it's largely self explanatory, except perhaps the mode change information. I think it would be preferably if it was more obvious what was being said. Perhaps it shouldn't stand out so much in general?
