Changing our command names to accommodate upstream changes involves a bounded conversion period. It may be painful, but it's bounded. Maintaining what is essentially a fork is ongoing pain, forever. Of course, the right thing to do is to arrange things so that our subcommands are unlikely to conflict with upstream's. I'll ping the Mercurial list sometime in the next few days about this. Though I'm not sure how much attention I'll get with everyone focused on the upcoming 1.0 release. :-/ mike
