There are other issues surrounding this.  Basically anytime you have a 
SWAN ID that maps to an os.o ID that is taken by someone else.  The one 
that comes to mind is Tony Nguyen, a.k.a "ton" who doesn't own the "ton" 
userid on os.o - so his putbacks look to be coming from someone else too.
