Since not every single person doing putback to onnv-gate will be on the
notification aliases for the opensolaris project gates pulling from
onnv-gate, they will receive rejection mail from the aliases owners and
not know how what have happened (like Mark here).

I think it makes more sense for the notification mail to be coming from
the person doing the push/pull to the project gates.  I don't know how
tie-in the notifications are with the changeset logs therefore cannot
assess the difficulty of such undertaking.
