The sgs commands (ld, crle, lari, etc) use the SID of a specific file in their
versioning, both for the SUNWonld package (not delivered, except possibly as
IDR), and their individual version output, via
cmd/sgs/packages/common/bld_awk_pkginfo.
My memory of talking with Rod about this, is that this behaviour needs to be
adapted to Hg as faithfully as possible and preserved, rather than removed.
