Not that I can see... the only thing re: sqlite.h is:
rename: usr/src/cmd/svc/configd/sqlite/src/sqlite.h.in 
usr/src/lib/libsqlite/src/sqlite.h.in

Which looks normal.  I don't see any errors thrown by the bridge.

I'm kicking off a build now, cloned from the changeset just prior to the 
Winchester changeset (4519:dabad3a01e08)

I'll let you know how it turns out tomorrow when I get into the office 
and try bringing over the Winchester changeset.
