It *should* be doing the 'hg mv' for the files. It doesn't do any 'hg rm', since it replicates what Teamware does and does the 'hg mv' to deleted_files. I can look over the log more closely tomorrow and see how it matches up against the actual list of files from Teamware and make sure it's properly reproducing each action for each file.
