I think this first one on 8/13 will be before we've ironed out some of 
the gate issues, so perhaps we should leave details covering the aspects 
of moving the gate outside to the second one in case things change wrt 
dmaker's gate management as we work on the gate/gk tools.

So let's keep this first KTD focused on more of the developer aspects of 
migrating from Teamware to Mercurial.  We should certainly mention that 
they will be pushing to the external gate - but exact details of stuff 
won't have been hammered out yet.
