The obvious (to me) breakdown would be: What we're doing: Moving ON to mercurial, soon to be moving the gate outside, etc. Why: OpenSolaris, the gate needs to be outside, TeamWare doesn't fit such a model. (other benefits from mercurial go here? on another section?) When (if necessary?): ... What changes: High-level what's new, what's different, what's gone. tools, features, internal paths(?) What you need to do: Migrating your workspace, Adjusting the the new tools, "I used to do <something>, how do I do that now?" Questions, pointers to tools-discuss, etc. End. -- Rich
