I'm working from my memory here, details maybe incorrect.
Looking through webrevs of mine, I notice that a large number don't show the
parent node ID. I think this is because many are created with webrev -w, over
a (cleaned-up) file list generated by hg-active, which will contain the parent
node specification as HG_PARENT.
webrev should always show both parent and child node information in the header
in index.html.
