If I/O contention isn't an issue then 3 doesn't apply to Hg. AFAIK, we don't have much in the way of measurements in this area. But given Mercurial's on-disk format, I'd expect it to have much lower system impact than Teamware. If it turns out to be a problem in practice, we can always add a separate clone workspace later. mike
