While some things just use the CAS to merge #ident, others rely on #ident to
decide whether to operate.
This leaves us with the following possible changes in behaviour:
- Runs once, never again
- Never runs at all
- Always runs
I think in the vast majority of cases these will differ from intent, and
provide an obvious possibility for dramatic munging of configuration info.
I'm bumping P/S accordingly, if anyone more capable to evaluate these
individually wants to further adjust them (and note such things here), feel
free.
