Yup. This is brokenness in pkgmk. It's random, which is why you don't always see it. I don't know why, but we're seeing it a lot more recently (maybe something to do with ZFS directory ordering). 6476447 pkgmk printed the misleading warning after rejecting the shell script This is the only place we see it, so we're just ignoring it for now.
