One of the things that doesn't come across in the blog entries I had was that while it reads like it might take 15 minutes to do everything, it probably took me a week of effort to get the nfs41 gate and clone up and running. There are probably people in my group who haven't integrated a change back in the ON gate, but they are all set up because I have the same policies/features for the nfs41 gate.
