I know.  I just don't have time for another multi-week argument by people
who don't want to be ruled by common sense.  It's tiresome and I have
better things to do with my time than listen to someone tell me I need to
cons up hgrcadm, just in case some customer decides to keep their
security-related files in mercurial or some convoluted garbage.

At any rate, I don't think it's the right thing right now.
