I'd like to get this (and the addition of 1.0 as ok) in with, or before, snv_88 (where Hg 1.0 should appear in the WOS). Better text for the VersionMismatch exception is explicitly solicited. This does not make webrev fail if hg-active fails, as webrev is, thus far, exceptionally forgiving in the face of errors (in general), most likely this is sub-optimal, but it is out of scope for this specific change, in my view. -- Rich
