Just like wx2hg converts a Teamware project workspace to Mercurial, we
need an hg2wx script to convert a Mercurial project workspace to
Teamware.
We (SCM Migration) will want this because our initial putback will be
into the Teamware onnv-gate.
Additional potential customers for this script include:
- Crossbow
- ILB
- any project that would like to move to Mercurial but is concerned
that they'll be ready to put back before ON moves to Mercurial
