Howdy,
We've been using SCMBUG for over a year now and really like it.
Recently, this last summers I upgraded our Win2K server to Bugzilla 2.22
and since then have been
having intermittent problems with SCMBUG and Bugzilla sending email and
posting to the Bugzilla bugs.
Most of the time it works.
It seems somewhere about 1 - 10 % of the time it doesn't post the SCMBUG
information to the Bugzilla bug.
About 25 - 50 % of the time it doesn't post a Bugzilla email but it
shows in Bugzilla unsent emails when I run the Bugzilla sanity check.
This only started happening when I upgraded to Bugzilla 2.22.
Is this a bug with Bugzilla or SCMBUG or some other component
(ActiveState PERL 5.8.6)?
I can upgrade to Bugzilla 2.22.1 if that would help.
How can we go about debugging this?
Has anyone else seen similar problems?
Last week I upgraded from:
Win2k to Win2003
Subversion 1.2.1 to Subversion 1.4.2
SCMBUG 0.8.24 to SCMBUG 0.18.3
and I'm still seeing the same problems.
