Checked my versions.
I'm running Windows Active Perl 5.8.8.819
With the following package versions:
Data-Dump-1.06
http://search.cpan.org/dist/Data-Dump-1.06/
XML-Simple-2.14
http://search.cpan.org/dist/XML-Simple-2.14/
These seem out of sync with your versions, are you version numbers for
Windows/Active Perl ?
