Hi Kritis

 when we want to install scmbug remotely (in other than ) bugzilla server,
we have to put local
the dump of bugzilla files, onthe integration daemon server, so when
scmbug daemon want to access global.pl it may require perl modules.. so
there it may fail if there r no perl modules, consider we have installed all
perl modules, and we r having bugzilla files locally and database is
available locally..

# Flags whether the live bugtracker instance is installed
# locally on the same machine the daemon is running
installed_locally => 0,                 _____ so this option is not
required..

this is just what i thought, just for ur info.

What do you mean ? Scmbug does not use Date::parser. How did you come to
this conclusion ? What error message did you get, from where, and how ?
Is Date::parser something Scmbug should be requiring or is this a
failure to install Date::Parser for bugzilla ?
