   In my experiement iam a little bit busy and hadnt collected any log
files , i got the error on screen only,  i will try to rebuild the same
scenerio and can give u all the details ur asking abt.
because iam  on vaccation iam unable to give u all the details

1 - What error message did you get that let you know that some modules
were missing ? (what makes you think Date::Parser is missing instead of
some other module)

2 - Where did you get the error message ? (was it
in /var/log/scmbug/error.log ??
activity.log ? /var/log/apache/access.log ? )

3 - How ? (Did you simply get the message when starting the daemon ? Or
after trying to run the bugzilla instance ? )


The purpose of all this is to *document* how one could arrive to this
conclusion again. Simply figuring the problem out is not enough. If
people are spending time helping you, it would be fair to expect you
would contribute your discoveries back.
