Is there anybody out there who wants to test a patched version of
Bugzilla.pm for bugzilla 3.0.x which is able to do bug resolution
(maybe on windows or linux)?

I agree with you, but I think we can use it synchronously. It will
not send a real email, I'm just streaming to email_in.pl. Would
this be OK for you?
