Merry Christmas :-)

Well, sent over a patch to track in the bugtracker first. But I don't
see this as an appropriate solution. These few lines may be introducing
a few bugs too because, I suspect, we are unable to verify if the
resolution change worked.

We can check if a change occurred, and I'm doing in the code. I'll send the patch soon, in parallel I will create some own code for changing resolutions - making you happy :-). For those which can't wait for a proper solution from our side: apply the patch and use it in your environment.

I have one more question about the synchronous approach in Scmbug, how do you guarantee that there wasn't an external modification to the bugtracker system? You can't, so we aren't real 'thread safe', are we? E.g, what about a version which was added to a product while we are in a labeling operation?

One more thought: What if the user hasn't the permission to add a version to a product? This is very common for bugzilla.
