Manjit, Your glue.conf had the status resolution disabled and shows you using CVS. I haven't tried to integrated SCMBUG with CVS since we have switched over to Subversion. I don't know if that has any impact on your results.
I compared your glue.conf file to one of my glue.conf files and found several other options that I have set differently. I've attached a modified copy of your glue.conf with the options changed. Let me know if glue.conf works any better. Please look at the activity log for the scmbug daemon. The /etc/scmbug/daemon.conf file contains the path to the activity log file. There may be messages in the activity log that help you understand the problem. There was no special configuration beyond getting the regular expression to match the bug number at the end of the log message. Comments from Subversion are posted to the bugzila entries and automated status resolution works too.
