Hi,
After I upgraded scmbug from 0.19.20 to 0.23.3 and then the repository
on my subversion using:
scmbug_install_glue --scm=Subversion --product="Test Project"
--repository=file:///usr/local/subversion/repos/old --bug=MI4
--binary-paths=/bin,/usr/bin --daemon=127.0.0.1
A commit to the repository causes this error:

This is odd because I'm using subversion not cvs so thsi shouldn't happen
What can I do to fix this?
