It's much simpler for people to click on 'Reply To All' in their favorite, fabulous email client. If I force a Reply-To, like the Bugzilla list does, the list will also trash a Reply-To a user supplied -- e.g. a user who is NOT signed-up on the list and wants to get an answer.
