Hi Kristis,

Funny that you should email me about this, as I was trying to finish off
that Greasemonkey plugin over my holidays and I was then planning to
bring up the per-branch access policy on the mailing list to see what
specific mechanisms people thought we needed.

I'll need to read a bit more about the Summer of Code and see if I think
I'll have time to help out with mentoring.
