Another step into the right direction :-)
I copied the localconfig into the /usr/share/perl5 directory (after I
received the following error message, where i don't know exactly, why
I got this only once:
AUndefined subroutine &Bugzilla::Bug::AppendComment called at
/usr/share/scmbug/lib/Scmbug/Daemon/Bugzilla.pm line 534, <STDIN> line
34.)
Now I get the following message, which points to a wrong call of the new API:

Hope, this can be resolved easily as well. But i am now thinking that
this is not anymore an SCMBug problem, but a problem of Bugzilla,
probably 3.1.4 is still not stable enough? what do you think?
